Connecting to your divine spark as a spiritual tool means that first and foremost you must be aware that you have a divine spark within yourself. When you understand that you have a divine spark then you can connect to the divine spark in others. When we do this the kingdom of peace, joy and love are present.
Divine Spark
Each of us has a divine spark within us. It is at the core of who we are, it is our essence. Some call it Spirit, soul, God (however you understand God) but we all have it. Some people have told me that they were unaware of this divine and holy spark that lives within their most sacred and holy being. But, it is true, it is there and connecting to your divine spark as a spiritual tool is not hard to do. You will notice it in stillness, the breathe, moments of joy and love. That is why is is important to be intentional about breathing peace, drinking and cleansing in joy and taking in love.
Nourishing the Divine Spark
To connect to your divine spark as a spiritual tool means that we first have to acknowledge that there is a divine spark within us. It doesn’t require any special belief system other than a belief that you are divine and holy. This belief is not based in anything you do or don’t do. You arrived on the planet with this divine spark alive and well within yourself. Perhaps because of your family of origin, religious upbringing or lack of awareness, this divine spark may not be easily recognized. The good news is that this divine spark never goes out. So, to nurture this spark, acknowledge that it is present within you. Next breathe peace daily, cleanse and drink in joy, and feast on love.
