Welcome to Friday Food! A little bit of food for your soul…every Friday. For the next few months we are looking at “Downloads from Heaven”. In these “downloads” we are contemplating what it would be like if we got a message from God (however you understand God). We will be exploring messages from God about pain and suffering and healing and and blessing and love and peace other topics too! When you read these “downloads” you will notice that they are in quotes. This is to help you think from your heart NOT your head. Don’t get caught up in whether or not God, (however you understand God) actually said these things. Just let them speak to your heart. I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below. Here is today’s download:
No Need for Judgement
“No need for judgement on your part. Do not judge yourself. Do not compare yourself to others or with others. Honor your own experiences. Whether you think something is good or bad is not as important as what it offers you. There is always the opportunity to love, be happy and experience peace. But sometimes you must look beyond the moment, the hurt and the pain. Seek what heals your soul. Seek my divine consolation. Open your heart to my healing angel’s touch. Judge nothing — only love. Ask for my help and my wisdom, ask for my strength but mostly let my love grow in you and all other things will fall into place.”
We live in a competitive world. Often this shows up in our personal lives. We compare ourselves to others and notice that we are “better than” or “wish we were…” But all of these comparisons block us from the love that is all around us. Furthermore, some of us experience very difficult circumstances on a daily basis that we place value on or judge good or bad. So, if we can suspend our judgments, then we can begin to see love. As you work on suspending judgement and looking for love, let me know how it goes in the comments below.
this is addressing a fine issue: that judgments/opinions block love. very true. thanks. jane
