God’s math is different. God’s formula for blessing, health, wealth, whatever, is not a matter of A + B = C. God does not bless or judge by such formulas. God loves all things in all ways in a all situations. You do not do algebra with God. Do not say to God “if you will do X for me, I will do Y for you!” God does not want a piece of you. God wants all of you and God has already given God’s self totally to you. So, there is no formula for God’s blessing and there is no curse. There is only love. Surrender to God’s love and take your rest. This weekend instead of doing math with God, trying just hanging out with God. Don’t worry about what you need to do for God. Just be with God and see what happens. Let me know how it turns out.
