Welcome to Friday Food! A little bit of food for your soul…every Friday. For the next few months we are looking at “Downloads from Heaven”. In these “downloads” we are contemplating what it would be like if we got a message from God (however you understand God). We will be exploring messages from God about pain and suffering and healing and and blessing and love and peace other topics too! When you read these “downloads” you will notice that they are in quotes. This is to help you think from your heart NOT your head. Don’t get caught up in whether or not God, (however you understand God) actually said these things. Just let them speak to your heart. I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below. I Am Present
“In all things and in all ways I am present. My Spirit moves and breathes and has its existence in you, your neighbor and even your enemy and in all the cosmos. So, there is no thing that separates us. See this reality for what it is….which is the truth. Therefore, live in this truth, live in this reality and you will know my love. Because it is my love that is the key to salvation for you and the whole cosmos. So, open your eyes and your heart to this kingdom reality. I love you.”
God, however you understand God, is always with us whether we know it or not. God is for all humanity and the cosmos. God rejects no thing. If you think God is not present in some person, place or situation remember “I am present” God is in all things. So, the next time you are in a situation that seems God-less, take some time to look for God. You may have to change the way you see or think. Let me know your thoughts in the comments below.
good reassurance. god with us always whether you see or not. reminds me of a great hearing by one of my students, Frances Vestal. god said to her “my burden is light, you’re carrying it wrong.” some sometimes with hearing – god’s voice is there we’re listening wrong! love this and thank you, Michael!
