Welcome to Friday Food!  A little bit of food for your soul…every Friday.  For the next few months, we are looking at “Downloads from Heaven”.  In these “downloads” we are contemplating what it would be like if we got a message from God (however you understand God).  We will be exploring messages from God about pain and suffering and healing and blessing and love and peace other topics too!  When you read these “downloads” you will notice that they are in quotes.  This is to help you think from your heart NOT your head.  Don’t get caught up in whether or not God, (however you understand God) actually said these things.  Just let them speak to your heart.  I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below.  Here is today’s download:

You Are Free to Choose

Free to Choose“You only have to answer to me and even then I already know about any circumstance that you are in and how you will respond because I am with you and I know you very well. Remember, I have known you forever.  Nothing you say or do surprises me. And I love you no matter what. You are a joy to me and you are beautiful and precious in my sight. You are free to choose to do and be whatever you would like to do or be and I will love you the whole time.  We are in union with one another. You have been convinced that there is some separation between us but this is all fabrication. Put away all false notions that we are separate. Clear out false teaching and ways of being that say you are anything less than my divine creation.   I love You.”

I’m not sure what your experience of God (however you understand God) was growing up.  Mine was that I could only be loved and accepted by God (however you understand God) if I did certain things, followed certain rules, and didn’t do certain things.  Actually, God made us free and we have the ability to choose. And God (however you understand God) is with us no matter what we choose. Even in our bad choices. How do you live fully into the choices that you get to make?
